Dr. Kass Nourishad graduated from University of Wisconsin in 1990. He holds a Certificate of Implantology from Lajolla Scripps Educational & Research Center, Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University and Bachelors of Science in Biology from University of Nevada with 15 years of experience in Dental Practice and Business management. After graduation he worked as an associate for a successful dental practice in California after which he open and now operates his own dental office. He is exceptionally knowledgeable of the professional practice and has published articles and given lectures on Dental office Management, Promotional and marketing techniques and successful dental office with low overhead.

Steve has a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore. He has 25 years of experience in general business management, including business planning, financial planning and merger/acquisition implementation. Steve is now using this experience to help business owners and buyers reach their financial goals.

Vicki Collier is a Practice Administrator for a multi-specialty dental practice in Baltimore Maryland with 30 years experience in the dental profession. As CEO and founder of C&P Dental Health Services, a dental practice management consulting company, Vicki has consulted with dental practices nationwide in practice management.

Vicki is author of “The Dental Alternative” and has written several published articles on implementing profit driven systems and is a speaker on such topics across the nation. She is a Board Director for Dental Group Management Association.

Dr. Murray Sarubin graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1966. After graduation, he served as a Navy Dental Officer in the U.S. Naval Dental Corps. In 1971, Dr. Sarubin joined his brother in practice in Baltimore. Over the years the practice was joined by each of their sons. Sarubin Family Dental Associates is now a multi-doctor, multi-specialty group practice. Dr. Sarubin has served as the managing partner and has facilitated the purchasing and incorporation of other dental practices, as well as the expansion and relocation of the practice to a 4,600 sq. ft. facility in Baltimore County. He is certified in both Oral Conscious Sedation and Invisalign Orthodontic Technology. An award winning business owner, Kumar operated a highly successful printing company in Montgomery County, MD for twenty years. He navigated his printing business, through turbulent times in the industry, to become one of the ‘Top 25’ and most profitable in the national network of a popular printing franchise. His experience helped him develop a deep insight into all aspect of small business operation and management. He is an expert in analyzing business financial statement, recasting of cash flow, and business valuation. His understanding of both buyer’s and seller’s perspectives makes him uniquely qualified in removing obstacles and achieving successful transactions. An engineering graduate from University of Michigan, his successful engineering career includes serving in the rank of Chief Engineering Officer in the Merchant Navy.
