Steve has a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore. He has 25 years of experience in general business management, including business planning, financial planning and merger/acquisition implementation. John is an expert at helping buyers and sellers of small to mid-size businesses in the Washington, DC area achieve their goals. He previously worked in the corporate world with H&R Block and AT&T and as a business owner, business advisor, and consultant in the Washington, DC area for the past 30 years. John earned a BA degree from Morehouse College and a JD degree from Howard University. He is dedicated to providing excellent service to business buyers and sellers.

Dr. Kass Nourishad graduated from University of Wisconsin in 1990. He holds a Certificate of Implantology from Lajolla Scripps Educational & Research Center, Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University and Bachelors of Science in Biology from University of Nevada with 15 years of experience in Dental Practice and Business management. After graduation he worked as an associate for a successful dental practice in California after which he open and now operates his own dental office. He is exceptionally knowledgeable of the professional practice and has published articles and given lectures on Dental office Management, Promotional and marketing techniques and successful dental office with low overhead.
